The BIG Picture

MWB is a leading provider of serviced offices throughout the UK.  We worked with their Employee Communications agency (Poulsom Communications Ltd) to develop a six tier internal marketing communications campaign ‘We’re the Business’ focused on service excellence.

The Work

Using a striking illustrative style, each tier of the campaign was tailored to represent the theme of that module. Each month we developed CD ROMs, posters and collateral to support the initiative.

Feedback from centre managers has been positive with an increase in staff motivation and service excellence.
